My name is Tylin Rust I am a Travel and Wedding Photographer from Duluth, MN. I fell in love with the art of photography after using the hobby as stress relief from daily life. 

I'm currently a Combat Veteran Photographer serving in the Minnesota Air National Guard as a public affairs specialist. I also spent four years serving as a police officer in Minnesota.

I joined the military in 2020 and went on my first deployment from 2025 to 2026, and supported major combat operations as a photographer and videographer. I went to school in Maryland at the Defense Information School (DINFOS), where I learned to tell the nation's stories, keep its history, and relay factual information through visual and digital media.

I have experience shooting weddings, events, couples, and second-shooting. Outside of work, you will often find me with my camera, perfecting my craft and learning new ways to look at the world.

Through my time in the military, law enforcement, and life experiences, I have learned the value of never wasting a moment and documenting for not only immediate family members but future generations. I love capturing memories and moments between family and loved ones. I strive to capture events that will become family and generational history
